Internship Overview

Thi HR & Digital Marketing Internships is designed to provide students with hands-on experience and practical training in Human Resources and Digital Marketing functions within a dynamic organization.

Mode: On-site (Ranchi)

Training & Learning Outcomes:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of HR management processes and HR policies

  • Develop skills in recruitment & talent acquisition

  • Learn about employee benefits administration and personnel management

  • Receive practical training in digital marketing tools and strategies

  • Understand how to leverage digital platforms for employer branding and lead generation

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes and talent acquisition

  • Implement and manage HR policies and employee engagement programs

  • Support administration of employee benefits

  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns

  • Create engaging content for social media and corporate communications

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various HR and marketing initiatives

Eligibility & Skills Required

Education: BBA / MBA / BCom / Any Graduate

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management

  • Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

  • Interest or basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
